Years ago I used to take lots of photos with my Lomo camera. Back then we always got doubles of our photos printed for free.
Last year I went through my old Lomo photos from 2000-2003 to separate the doubles. I was going to throw them away but instead decided to make collages out of them. I used pieces of text from a variety of sources, from “The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test” to a driver’s handbook, to create new works from the old photos.
